Lisa Frank, Esq. brings almost a decade of in-house insurance company experience to her role at the firm. In her 9 years at GEICO, she had various positions. As a case management attorney, she drafted answers, motions, pleadings and discovery demands and handled depositions, conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials. As a GEICO staff counsel supervisor, Lisa was in charge of interviewing, hiring, and training new associates, as well as conducting performance reviews. She left GEICO to start her own firm where her practice covered a wide range of litigation matters.
At the firm, Lisa handles all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including depositions, arbitrations, conferences, and motions in personal injury cases. She is also responsible for evaluating every claim after a Note of Issue is filed and preparing reports for the claims examiners.
Married with 3 children, Lisa is a busy mom who is on the go with her family’s school, sports, and other extracurricular activities.
