Mark S. Zemcik, Esq. brings substantial litigation and insurance defense experience to the firm’s No-Fault and UM/SUM Departments. In the 12 years before joining the firm, he was a no-fault insurance attorney representing The Travelers Indemnity Company and Robert Plan Corporation, a managing agent for several insurance companies. Prior to those positions, he was an Agency Attorney in the Tort Division of The New York City Housing Authority. His background also includes extensive work in aviation law. He was a products liability and general aviation underwriter for United States Aviation Underwriters, Inc. and a litigator with the aviation department of a large law firm.
Mark handles all phases of litigation from inception through trial, as well as arbitrations and examinations under oath. He thrives on the challenging cases and working with a great team at the firm.
A former pilot, he has a Commercial Pilot’s License with Multi-Engine and Instrument Ratings certification (inactive). Mark is married with 3 children and stays active fishing and playing sports.
